Contractor: Gerstner Electric
This project called for the complete reconstruction of all pavement, bridges and interchanges along a 15-mile route of Interstate 64, between St. Louis County and the city of St. Louis.
Centrex supplied all decorative lighting for overpasses, lighting poles, fiber-optic cable, PVC conduit, rigid conduit, Milbank controllers and Armorcast in-ground junction boxes.
Blair Municipal Airport Runway 13 & 31 Improvements — Blair, Nebraska
Contractor: IES Kayton Electric
Centrex supplied all L-824C airport cable, PVC conduit, ground rods and ground wire, as well as all necessary Airport Lighting Co. equipment.
Metro Lofts — St. Louis, Missouri
Contractor: Bell Electrical Contractors
This newly constructed residential apartment complex located in the trendy Central West End area of St. Louis consists of three five-story buildings with a total of 213 loft-style apartments, plus underground parking and a landscaped courtyard.
Centrex supplied the main distribution panel, transformers, G.E. switchgear, panel boards, load centers, safety switches, the TVSS units and busway, as well as all lighting contractors. Products selected included items from Spero, Halo, Corelite and Metalux, with ceiling fans by Minka-Aire.
DNR Green Office Building — Jefferson City, Missouri
Contractor: Richard A. Howerton, Inc.
Development of the new home for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. The new office is referred to as a "Green Building" due to its many environmentally friendly features. For example, light-sensitive switches will automatically dim down artificial light levels to balance with the brightening natural sunlight. Solar panels convert sunshine to electricity, helping to offset the cost of lighting, heating and cooling in the building.
Centrex supplied the main distribution panel, the G.E. switchgear, plus all transformers, panel boards and safety switches, as well as all of the many light fixtures required from a host of manufacturers: Elliptipar, Zumtobel Staff, Selux and Prudential.
Quad City International Airport Taxiway and Runway Improvements — Quad Cities, Iowa/Illinois
Contractor: Davenport Electric
Centrex supplied the base-mounted MITL, taxi guidance signs, plus the Thales Localizer ILS Approach System.
MetroLink Pocket Track — Fairview Heights, Illinois
Contractor: L.K. Comstock
The pocket track allows light-rail trains to operate from Fairview Heights Illinois to the Shrewsbury Station in Missouri, providing improved MetroLink service from southern Illinois to St. Louis.
Centrex supplied catenary poles, messenger wire, signal cable, grounding equipment and railway hardware.
St. Louis Justice Center Parking Garage — St. Louis, Missouri
Contractor: Aschinger Electric Company
Centrex supplied Sistemalux and General Electric lighting fixtures.
Seven Street Traffic Signal Upgrades and Streetscape Enhancements — St. Louis, Missouri
Contractor: Custom Lighting Services
Centrex supplied antique lighting luminaries by King, poles by Valmont and a variety of traffic signaling equipment.
Development of the Metropolitan Sewer District’s Lemay Waste-Water Treatment Plant — St. Louis, Missouri
Contractor: Kaiser Electric Company
Centrex supplied all General Electric switchgear for the new plant.
Route H & I-44 Traffic Signal and Street-lighting Improvements — Springfield, Missouri
Contractor: Ewing Signal Construction
Centrex supplied poles, mast arms, luminaries and all traffic signal equipment.
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) System (light rail) Improvements — Dallas, Texas

Centrex supplied fiber-optic and communications cable for the most recent DART enhancements.
Hutchinson Airport Taxiway and Runway Upgrades — Hutchinson, Kansas
Contractor: Atlas Electric
Centrex supplied ADB products consisting of wind cones, junction boxes, high-intensity runway lights (HIRL), a 30kw regulator, taxiway signs and an ALCMS control system.
